Printable attendance sheet
Paste in your list of members and the names come out already printed, so the only thing left to do is sign. The rows on this sign-in sheet are tall enough for a real signature, the header carries your organisation's details, and the sheets are A4.
To get a PDF: click Print, then choose “Save as PDF”. Untick “Headers and footers”.
The header and the totals repeat on every page — signed sheets have a habit of getting separated.
