Nothing leaves your browser. No account, no uploads, no watermark.

Privacy

Last updated: 9 August 2026.

In one sentence: the documents you make here are never sent anywhere. Your own browser builds them, on your own device, and they are gone the moment you close the tab.

What happens when you use a tool

Every generator is a program that runs inside your browser. The names, amounts, dates, lists and logos you type stay in memory on your device for the length of the visit. None of it is sent to a server, to us, or to anyone else. There is no account and no upload. A few settings — your theme, your paper size, your association details if you filled that form — are kept in your browser's own storage and are listed further down.

You can check this for yourself: load the page, disconnect from the internet, then build and print your document. Everything still works.

What reaches us anyway

Showing you a web page means your device has to ask a server for files. That request necessarily carries your IP address, which counts as personal data under the GDPR.

Hosting logs
Our host, Cloudflare Pages, keeps technical logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) in order to run the service and keep it secure. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in keeping a site available and protected from abuse.
Analytics
No analytics are installed at present. If analytics are ever added, they will run without cookies and without individual identifiers, in a configuration that is exempt from consent. No data will be combined with other processing or passed on for advertising purposes.
Email
If you write to us, we keep your message and your address for as long as it takes to reply and deal with the matter. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering people who get in touch.

Advertising and cookies

This site shows advertising served by Google AdSense, which is its only source of revenue. To do that, Google sets cookies and identifiers on your device and may use them to personalise the ads you see.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, a Google-certified consent message appears before any personalised advertising. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time from that message.

What advertising does not change: the contents of your documents are still sent to nobody, Google included. Names, amounts and logos you type stay in your browser whatever you choose.

Settings kept in your browser's local storage, never sent anywhere: your association details if you filled that form, your light or dark theme, your paper size, and your advertising choice. Clearing site data in your browser removes all of it — nothing of it survives here, because none of it ever reached us.
